Some major events that took place on Sept. 24 include Tremper acquiring a colossal win over Racine Case at 34-24 at Hammes Field. 

Simultaneously, St. Joseph witnessed a classic victory over Burlington Catholic Central and stayed undefeated at 6-0. All in all, it was quite the Friday in Racine County.

"I could play another game right now," said Andrew Alia, player for St. Joe, on how he feels after scoring goals in a soccer game a few hours before scoring two touchdowns in the football game.

All eight county high school football teams had games on Friday, Sept. 24. 

The closest matchup was Elkhorn and Wilmont, with Elkhorn winning 21-17, and the matchup between Racine Lutheran and Christian Life had Lutheran winning by a runaway 53-7.

Franklin walked away with an SEC victory against Bradford at the Bradford Stadium at 42-3.
