Racine Unified School District (RUSD) has improved its report card score for the second consecutive year, showing a 3.5-point increase. This development is among several indicators of progress and achievement within the district.

According to recent data, three RUSD schools achieved scores in the "Exceeds Expectations" category. These schools are Goodland Montessori, Jefferson, and Schulte. Additionally, 16 RUSD schools have seen an improvement in their scores compared to last year.

The district's four-year graduation rate has risen to 83.6%, marking the highest rate in 15 years.

Looking ahead, the district plans to maintain this positive trend by focusing on early literacy efforts, enhancing writing skills at the middle school level, and advocating for dual credit enrollment to be included in district report card evaluations.
