Mental health services are now accessible to all K-12 students within the Racine Unified School District (RUSD) boundary, thanks to a collaboration with Children's Wisconsin. The initiative has led to the establishment of three Community Mental Health Clinics located at Knapp Elementary School, Julian Thomas Elementary School, and Jerstad-Agerholm K-8 School. These clinics provide services to any student in the area, irrespective of their enrollment status in RUSD schools.

Families wishing to schedule an appointment at these clinics can do so by calling 414.266.3339, selecting Option 2, and specifying that they seek services with the RUSD New Beginnings Clinic.

For those students who are enrolled in a RUSD school that has a School-based Mental Health Clinic, families are advised to contact their school's social worker for further assistance.
