Join Kimberly Lempart and Peace Tree Yoga for a candlelit evening in celebration of the Winter Solstice.To help you cultivate deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. You will be gently guided through supported poses so you may find restful ease in the body. This relaxed state will be enhanced by the healing vibrational power of an immersive sound bath to help you cultivate deep relaxation and meditative rejuvenation. Connect to a renewed sense of purpose as you are guided to reflect on where you have been and determine where you are going, using the deep waves of meditative sound to help you see clearly and plan for an aligned and purposeful future.As we place our body postures of receptivity, we allow. The layers of tension melt, our busy minds settle and the complexities of life fade into the background. During this sound session, your body will absorb the healing vibration of sound through crystal bowls and the energies of breathwork, meditation and restorative yoga postures. Through these alchemical processes we shift, our connective tissue and brain waves literally recalibrating our entire being toward balance, creativity and ease.The multitudinous sounds and waves of soothing energy from crystal bowls offer nutrition for the neurological system as well as medicine for the soul. Many describe this experience as transportive, as the sounds encourage a shift in brain wave state to alpha-theta, one that supports a restful and rejuvenating experience.Join us and leave this experience feeling grounded, clear and fresh.
