Chip sealing work is scheduled to begin in the Village of Waterford during the week of September 8. The project will cover several areas, including Fairview Estates (Phase 2), S 6th Street, Mohr Ave and Bakke Ave in the Industrial Park, and selected sections of Cornerstone Xing.

According to village officials, all schedules are subject to change depending on weather conditions. Residents and drivers are advised to use caution when entering construction zones due to the presence of loose stone. Signage will be posted in all active work areas.

Property owners are asked to follow any instructions provided by contractors through door tags. No parking signs will be installed where work is planned, and these restrictions will be enforced.

The chip seal process will be followed by a fog seal application in the designated locations. Maps showing affected areas can be accessed online.
