Paul F. Little, born August 10, 1956, in Racine, Wisconsin, became known by his stage name, Max Hardcore. He grew up in Racine, where he would later establish his identity in the adult film industry. His career began in the early 1990s, and he quickly gained prominence for his provocative content. His films were often described as pushing the limits of acceptability, combining themes of gonzo pornography with controversial subjects.

Little's work with the company Max World Entertainment made him a central figure in the adult entertainment industry. He became recognized for producing explicit films that involved extreme acts, often at the center of heated debates on obscenity and freedom of expression. His work led to multiple legal challenges, culminating in a prison sentence for obscenity convictions in 2009.

Despite the controversy surrounding his career, Little's connection to Racine remained a part of his identity. His early years in the city shaped his outlook, and although he would go on to achieve fame in a polarizing field, his roots in Racine were a constant in his life. Little passed away on March 27, 2023, after battling cancer. While his career sparked debate, his connection to Racine marked a part of his story that remained tied to his upbringing in the city.
