He gained prominence in the adult film industry in the early 1990s with his controversial films, including The Anal Adventures of Max Hardcore. His works often involved explicit and extreme content, which garnered both popularity and criticism. In 2009, Little was sentenced to prison for obscenity charges related to his films.
