On July 9, 2025, Mark Schall resigned as Village President of North Bay. Following this, the Village Board appointed Roger Mellem as the Interim President on July 11, 2025. Mr. Mellem will serve for the remainder of the two-year term. His previous experience as a village president is expected to benefit North Bay's governance and community needs.
