This school year, parents and students in the Riverside Unified School District (RUSD) have access to a new mobile application designed to enhance communication and organization. The app allows users to interact with teachers, integrate school events into personal calendars, and receive urgent notifications directly on their devices.
Key features of the RUSD app include customizable notifications for specific schools, easy addition of events and days off to personal calendars, class-specific announcements with direct messaging capabilities for teachers, and emergency push notifications for situations such as snow days. Users can also view lunch menus and access a parent portal.
The RUSD app is available for free download on both Google Play and the Apple App Store.
