Census Bureau: 76.8% of people in Racine County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 197,379 citizens living in Racine County in 2021, 76.8% were old enough to vote, equating to 151,534 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 74,881 were male, constituting 49.4%, and 76,653 were female, making up 50.6%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Racine County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 78%.
