In this hands-on class, we will learn the wonderful health benefits of elderberries, make elderberry syrup in class to take home. Cindy Rabe will also give an overview of foods that boost our immune systems, which is so timely as we head into winter and continue to fight CO-VID and influenza. Cost: $15/person.
