Village of Caledonia issued the following announcement on Sept. 27.
Planning Commission Public Hearing Has Been Postponed Until October 25, 2021 At 6:00PM At The Caledonia Village Hall Boardroom, 5043 Chester Lane.
To ensure compliance with State & Local ordinances, the Village had our legal team review the proposed development for the DOLLAR GENERAL at 4949 Erie St. and they found a section of code that requires this proposal to hold a public hearing as part of the review process if trip generation is greater than 100 per day. Therefore, the Village Board will refer the proposal back to the Plan Commission to conduct a public hearing.
