Free, 45-minute lessons will take place on the grassy area to the west of the market building. In case of inclement weather the event will be canceled. https://bit.ly/2QFoDGh

Thursday Lunchtime Yoga, Noon: May 20, June 17, July 15, Aug. 19, Sept. 16

After the Saturday morning yoga classes, stick around for the free tai chi class, starting at 10:30 am Thank you Studio 8 Fitness for offering this class, along with the yoga classes!
