Foster care placements are needed for children who cannot remain safely in their own homes. Racine County Foster homes enable children to remain safe in their community and provide a loving and safe environment . Foster care is a temporary home for children until they can safely return to their own homes. Information Sessions are held on the Third Wednesday of every month from 5:30-7pm at 1717 Taylor Ave. Racine, WI Classroom D and every Third Saturday of the month from 10-11:30am at 201 S Kendrick Ave, Burlington, WI 53105.
