The RAMAC Youth Apprenticeship Program has seen growth, with students like Alfredo Gonzales finding success through the initiative. Gonzales has benefited from the program by gaining career knowledge and receiving support from co-workers.

Horlick High School is among the schools participating in this effort. During the 2023-24 school year, Horlick High School had an enrollment of 1,281 students, making it the third largest in Racine County according to data from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (https://dpi.wi.gov/). This figure represents a 4.4% decrease in enrollment compared to the previous year (https://dpi.wi.gov/).
