BRICK WALLS in Your Genealogy Research!
Mon. Sep 19, 2022 -6:30 pm CST – ZOOM

What is a “Brick Wall”?
In genealogy, the term “brick wall” is often used to refer to tough research problems, apparent dead-ends that after many hours, week, even YEARS of searching still yield no answers. Strategies for finding those elusive ancestor or Fact about them is our topic.

Learn professional methods of breaking through that brick wall. Members are invited to describe a brick wall they have been unsuccessful in solving. More details will be emailed to members as to the facts needed to help with your brick wall.

Experienced researchers among our membership will help by asking questions and offering tips that may offer a new direction, or piece facts together for your unsolved question.

Or just bring a research question that you need an answer to. Basic questions are welcome too, such as where do I find an 1880 map of Caledonia, or find out where for my ancestor went to church in 1850 in England, or where is an ancestor buried, or what did the ship look like that my ancestor came over on?

It’s possible that some mysteries may never be solved, but that doesn’t mean you should give up! This workshop may be just what you need to break through that brick wall.

ZOOM LINK sent to members the day before the session.
Members receive an email on what info to have available on Sept 19 with their Brick Wall question.
